Red Gem Location
The first gem is in a level called N. Sanity Peak, close to the start of the game.
Make your way through the level till you reach a room with nine disappearing stone platforms. On the right side of the entrance arch you can see a little engraving of arrows on squares.
You have to follow that map and touch each of nine platforms in the order shown on the engraving. Once you're done the red gem should appear in front of the sleeping quantum mask.
Green Gem Location
The next gem is the green one. Head to Hit The Road level, which is on a second island.
At the start of the level, you can see a green drawing on a wall, which is a hint to find a secret gem.
Further on the level, after you're getting chased by the giant barreling death machine and reach checkpoint, you will see a trash can on the left-hand side.
Whack it with a spin and a remote control should pop out. Hitting the remote control multiple times will make a little car pop out and make its way over to the nitro crate. Once it collides with the crate, the green gem will appear.
Yellow Gem Location
The next gem is the yellow gem. Getting it is fairly easy compared to others.
It in the Run It Bayou, third level of fifth island.
You can see the gem floating in the air right at the start of the level or in the level intro.
To get Yellow Gem, instead of jumping on a jetboard, head to the right and use a route with trailer boxes.
After you reach four boxes at the end, jump as high as you can with a double jump, and you should get the yellow gem.
Blue Gem Location
The Blue Gem is located in the level called Draggin On that is on the fourth island of dimensional map.
At the very end of the level, you can see a hint to getting it.
To get the Blue Gem, you have to compete the entire level without breaking a single box. It's a little challenging because you're going to be passing all the checkpoint and there are some specific spots that are very tricky.
You have to be extra careful, because the dark matter mask that in this level breaks all the boxes while tornado spin.
To make the task much easier, use bonus route and die at the start of it to create a pseudo checkpoint.
